Roxanne has been amazing, we just moved here from Alaska and her help allowed us to move in such a short notice. It's been a pleasure getting to know the staff and we were able to get an apartment. I think the location of this place is a car drive away from anything. Way better than where my bf and I lived before. 10/10 recommend.

This RV park will be our new "go to" when visiting our daughter in Midland/Odessa area. It is clean, has wide driveways and very quiet. They have some green space without goathead stickers and a small dog park.

Easy check in for late arrival and finding our spot. Great pull through for quick stop and go. Nice pet areas and clean bathrooms.

Highly recommended! Wide sites (fit our 42 ft 5th wheel), very clean bathrooms & showers, playground, large clean laundry room, friendly staff, safe for families, and nice dog parks (including an indoor dog shower). While we stayed we enjoyed walking the nature trails across the street at the I-20 Wildlife Preserve. They take Good Sam discounts and the online reservations were easy. The area around it is industrial but not unsafe. Easy access to freeways and shopping. We will be back!!

Quiet secluded spot, friendly staff, nice laundry room and dog area.

Tons of camp sites, friendly front staff. Family friendly place to stay in Midland. Just note there is a factory plant with Diesel engines running all night next door. This is a city campground so don't expect the most quiet experience. But for a city place, it's tucked back in and actually quiet otherwise, the nearby trains don't blow the horns at night. Seems like it's a common family park for residents that have been here for months, feels safe and clean.

The grounds are clean and the staff was super friendly throughout our stay! Their brochure they give you upon check in has everything you need to make your stay nice and easy. The WiFi is really good which can be a huge miss for most parks and not to mention over 50 channels. The public bathrooms are spotless - all we needed was shower tokens to enjoy a nice relaxing shower. The guest laundry was the best I've seen in awhile!! 3 laundromats and they even have quarters at the office for purchase. My kiddos loved going in to see Mike, Mel and the office cat Sami. They often would leave there with a ice cream bar or a lollipop. This park has made a tremendous change from the last time we stayed here and we will be returning next time we're in West Texas.

We loved our stay here! We were pleased to find that the park had a dog park and laundry and were surprised to find a great place to walk right across the street! Odessa is not too far, and we had a fun time checking out some restaurants, the Globe Theater, Stonehenge and the Jack Rabbit Jamboree. Check out our YouTube video for the full review!

Very nice park, good for overnight, we stayed 3 nights to rest and relax. Because of road construction CALL for best directions into park. Used exercise room all 3 days we were there - very clean. I am rating 5 because staff was very pleasant and helpful. Cons to this, which they have no control over... road into and out are very bad for 44ft with truck tow, 4 down, dust everywhere and windy.

Good location (although a bit of freeway noise is to be expected). Reasonable price. Level gravel lots (roads are also gravel) which are well-maintained. Utilities work well. Cable is a generous package. Wifi is quite sufficient and doesn't need a password. Sites are easy in and out. It may not be a luxury resort, but it's a pretty nice camp at this price point.

Great help at the desk, there is Wi-Fi and cable. We stream so didn't use the cable. Showers are great it's individual so you don't have to worry about sharing the space with others. There is a toilet and sink along with the shower. Shower takes coins but you get those at the front desk. Will definitely be staying again!

Life saver of an RV campground. We called around 10pm to see if we could pull in for a late night checkin and a kind woman rather sleepily answered our call and provided availability and instructions. We only had an EV suv-type of car and didn't have space requirements. The charging outlets worked well and the bathrooms were so clean and warm. Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the free(?) showers that morning or the other amenities (gym, wifi, laundry) but when we checked out the staff were so friendly and kind (especially since we didn't put in enough of the required amount for payment the night before (we didn't have change). If we ever had to stay in an RV Park in Midland, Tx again we'd definitely choose this one.

Basically a gravel park. Very level sites. Guided to our spot. There are two dog parks. One is grassy and one is divided. I wish they would have enforced the dog clean up rule. There are cameras in both parks but it didn't matter to some dog owners. The laundry and restroom are both immaculate. There was lots of road construction when we were there that made for frustrating ventures.

Wonderful stay. We were pleased with how clean the park was. The dog runs were clean. The laundry room was ok. We couldn't take a shower without paying so we opted to not shower in their shower rooms. That caught us off guard. They had a great little doggie bath room. We gave our pup a wash! The camp managers/host was so nice starting with the reservation and once we arrived we were pleasantly greeted, checked in, and guided to our site.

This RV Park is very customer centric. Rates are good and have a play area for children. NEW showers, gyms, laundry facilities and dog washes! Good security camera system as well and the investors really cares about her tenants and her team members!!

Very clean large bathrooms and showers. My dogs enjoyed the dog wash that even has a grooming table. Ceramic tile in bathrooms and dog wash. Well maintained dog parks. Friendly staff make you feel at home. 3 large laundry facilities with lots of wAshers and dryers. Entire place is kept spotless.

Best RV park in West Texas. Nice clean facility with lots of shade trees and plenty of space. The people are very helpful and friendly. It's right off the interstate and it has onsite laundry, showers, dog wash and dog park.

The people I've met and the accommodations that I've been given I really could not ask for more!

I really enjoy living at this camp ground. They have cameras all around the park so there no stealing nice laundry rooms. They also have two nice dog parks and everyone that stays here are very friendly. The office people are wonderful. You can also get your mail here as well. We lived here for 3 years and Had to leave this RV Park for about 8 months. But we came back because we love it here. Still friendly staff and a nice clean park we will not go anywhere else. When we came back we moved to the new side they are still working on it but we will not go anywhere else. Live it here.

By far the best RV park in the Midland area. Its very well secured with all the camera they have on the property. Everyone was so friendly from the guests to the employees. The dog runs were great, just have to watch your step from some of the lazy pet owners that don't clean up after there dog, and the pet wash was awesome. If my job sends me back that way I will definitely be back.

I20 has a ton of construction going on and this is throughout the town, thankfully the office staff gave us step by step instructions! customer service and cleanliness made this park standout from many others! Great job - will be back.

Lived at this campground for 2 years and it was great! Best campground in Midland. Karen is a great manager and her staff is always caring and considerate. They treated us like family while we were there. They recently put in new showers and a new laundry room which is great because they actually put money back into the campground. We always felt very safe here and your neighbors are quiet. I'd recommend this place to everyone!

People were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
